Rocking Out While Working Out


There is no shame in my game...I love to mix up my music for working out. Whether I am biking, lifting weights, or hitting the road, I listen to a variety that would make your head spin. However, my favorite music to work out to is rock music. Something a little angry, a little sexy, and fast. Here is my playlist of the week. It travels through several decades and rock genre. Perfect music for a long run with sprints built in or even better, on a bike with lots of hill climbs.
