Amidst the plague that invaded our house this past week/weekend, blogging about living healthy took a back seat to, well...just trying to stay alive. We are back up and running (kind of) and trying to get back to feeling 100%.
I found this article today and thought it had some great insight on "better" exercises. The article emphasizes more "functional" movements...movements that mimic real life activity, as opposed to sticking to machines (which often emphasize non-natural movements).
